Refund and Return Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policies are valid for 10 days after date of delivery.

Refunds and returns can only be completed with invoice, receipt, or other proof of purchase.

Full Refund Eligibility

  • Purchased item must be meet the following conditions:
    • Unopened or Unused
    • Undamaged
    • Contained in original packaging

Partial Refund Eligibility

  • Purchased item must be meet the following conditions:
    • 75% or more of unused product
    • Undamaged and complete packaging

Refunds

Upon receiving your return, we will notify you via email informing you of the next steps in the process. It will be at that point we will inform you of your refund status.

After the refund has been approved, your funds will be returned to the originating payment method used to purchase the item.

Sale or Discontinued items

Refunds of this category will be issued at the purchase price listed on original invoice, receipt, or other proof of purchase.

Exchanges

We will replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged or defective item for a replacement email at info@candlecreations.net for further assistance.

Return Shipping

All product returns should be authorized prior to returning item via shipping method. Email your request to info@candlecreations.net or complete our authorization form.

Shipping Cost Responsibility

  • Manufacturer
    • Item is defective, damaged, or incorrect item shipped.
  • Customer
    • Intended to order a different item.
    • Change of mind or dislike of item.
    • No longer need item.
    • No authorization prior to shipping.
